Refund Policy
If your product never arrives or has arrived damaged we will refund your order or ship another product out! If you are unsure whether you will be satisfied with your purchase before purchasing, contact us via email info.thejerseyking@gmail.com. All packages to Canada and the United States take approximately 15-35 business days plus our processing time of 5-7 business days. All purchases are final as they are automatically sent to our factory for processing. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, incorrect input of size, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund your order. Shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input. Please ensure you follow our size chart or contact us with any questions regarding sizing. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We do offer exchanges on new and unworn merchandise if the issue is a mistake on our end. Otherwise there is a exchange processing fee of $25.
